и снова варежки

Запала я в последнее время на варежки, но не такие, как в школе учили. А так, чтоб что-то новое научиться вязать. Выбрала я варежки с Равелри. А вот разобраться с переводом не смогла. Прошу помощи зала.

смущает:
M1R : lift loop between stitches with left needle from the back and knit into the front loop
(M1L : lift loop between stitches with left needle from the front, knit into the back loop)
это ведь не 2 петли из одной (за заднюю и переднюю стенки)? нашла такой перевод: Способ добавления петли из протяжки: левая спица движением позади протяжки и под нее получает дополнительную петлю, которая провязывается лицевой за переднюю стенку. Но все стало еще запутаннее.
RCS : (right cross stitch : worked over two stitches) : yarn over, knit one, slip those two stitches from
right needle to left needle, pass the third stitch on left needle from left to right, letting it fall off the
needle, slip the two remaining stitches from left needle to right needle
LCS : (left cross stitch : worked over two stitches) : making sure your working yarn is placed at the back
of your work, slip the first stitch purlwise, knit one, yarn over, pass slipped stitch over knitted stitch and
yarn over, letting it fall off the needle, two stitches remaining
с этими перекрещиваниями тоже не все ясно.
из области фантастики - а вдруг полное описание этих варежек встречали?
